The Challenge
RISD alumni span the globe and are a diverse population of artists and designers whose projects and passions make their creative communities extraordinary. Their needs are as unique and diverse as the industries in which they thrive. They often look to their world-renowned alma mater for guidance on developing industry trends and making meaningful connections in order to grow their own businesses.
The Approach
Starting with data sourced from alumni surveys and other feedback, Christina focused on recruiting entrepreneurs to present on core business topics ranging from art licensing, taxes for freelancers, protecting intellectual property and more. She managed, built, executed and analyzed a schedule of targeted email and social media marketing campaigns that drove registrations from specific constituencies.
The Results
Webinar revenue consistently totaled several thousands of dollars annually over 3 years and ensured the program’s continued support within RISD’s Alumni Relations programming. Christina’s professionalism, engaging speaker rapport, and competent moderation style allowed for consistent audience participation and informative Q & A sessions.
